WHAT IS HAKOMI?

The Hakomi Method is based on the idea that "being conscious provides you with the capacity to choose, and that leads to freedom". Our habitual, repetitive behaviours and emotions are mainly generated by beliefs, that are generally unconscious and are conditioned by our past experiences. Training to be in an attentive state of mind (Mindfulness), we perform experiments that provide us with key information about how a person organises themselves in life, in the world, in relationships... This Self-Discovery allows further choice of new, more nourishing, kind and effective alternatives."
