Mindfulness / Hakomi Talk
Here is a video of our recent talk in the SARAY Association (Support Center for Breast Cancer in Navarra). English subtitles available!
My Hakomi Sessions have been invaluable, the techniques have helped me in both my personal and profesional life. Since starting the sessions and group clases, people around me have noticed a remarkable change in my presence, confidence and general demeanour. David has a very high level of English and as such delivers sessions with ease and fluency.
It presents an effective way of identifying unconscious beliefs, those that limit and harm us. Participation in the groups emotionally nourishes you, makes you feel accepted, not judged and allows you to realise that your fears are shared.
“Hakomi has been and is a space full of Loving Presence in which I have felt accompanied in my journey through silence, a spacious silence where very valuable material for self-inquiry arises
David and the Hakomi Method helped me enormously in a moment of my life in which I felt confused and lost. The Self-Discovery that I achieved with David allowed me to get closer to the the person I always wanted to be. Somebody and something very special
A totally advisable experience, for personal growth and development and, above all, for you professional evolution when you lead teams of people
David helps me to view life in a much more conscious way, through my body, my thoughts, my emotions, and my breath… Thanks to that consciousness I am able to savor and enjoy life with more intensity, as well as accept and endure difficult moments. The classes sincerely help me to acknowledge the best version of me. It really is fantastic!
WHAT IS HAKOMI?
Couples session and/or coming together to the groups is definetly a great way of enhancing deep communication, empathy and problem solving.
Our influence as parents in our children’s development is much more relevant than we previously thought. Reviewing our behavioural and emotional patterns is crucial for that influence.
For people who want to get better at their relationships at work and with work. It is also a very effective way of reviewing our management styles and their effects
Teachers and helpers
People become more capable of listening effectively, approaching people in a more loving way and perceiving the real needs of other people..
